By purchasing you agree to the following:

  • There might be some minor differences in lace trims, elastics or exact fabric used. There won't be any major differences unless otherwise stated, please get in touch before purchasing to confirm.
  • Unless listed as ready to ship, items are handmade to order.
  • Items ship from the UK, international orders may have to pay duties/taxes when delivered. For US customers, product prices already include tariffs, no additional tax on delivery.
  • In some cases, I may have to briefly try on your custom order to check for any fit issues as mannequins are limiting in terms of size and motion. I will ask for permission however before trying anything that I may post on social media. This doesn't apply to underwear, bras or other lingerie!

Care Instructions

Each item comes with specific care instructions on the tag, but here are some general guidelines:

Before you wash:

  • Unlace any corset features to prevent tangling and wash the string/ribbon separately
  • Fully zip up any zippers as they might snag the fabric

How to wash and dry:

  • Place in a mesh laundry bag and wash with similar colours
  • Cold and gentle cycle only
  • Air dry only
  • Handwashing is always recommended as our items are handmade and might have handstitched details. Machine washing may damage lace details over time. 

Ironing & storage:

  • Cotton fabrics can be ironed at medium heat
  • Place a thin cotton fabric on top when ironing polyester lace or velvet and use low to medium heat
  • Store very heavy items folded, do not hang
