How long will my order take?
Making time: currently 4-6 weeks for custom items, while pre-made items ship in 1-4 working days. Please refer to the banner at the top of our website for more up to date information!
Shipping time: For UK orders please allow 1-3 working days. International destinations vary from 1 to 3 weeks. Please choose DHL express for faster shipping. We are not responsible for any customs duties or taxes fees.

Do you make plus size?
Yes, most products are made to your measurements and length of choice. Currently accepting up to 125 cm / 49 inch waist. Message me if you are a bigger size.
Get in touch to do custom a size for any other products.
The rest of our items come in standard sizes, please refer to the product description for details. If you are unsure, message me.
For custom plus size items, you may be contacted to provide some additional measurements.
I need my order ASAP for a special occasion
Your custom order can be made faster, please add the Express Order Fee to your cart.
Please note if you have over a certain number of items, you may have to pay more than the listed fee. I will get in touch if necessary.
I want a longer dress
Up to 46cm/18 inch skirt (measured from the waist), there's no additional charge.
For a longer skirt, add this to your order and specify the length.
Worldwide shipping?
Based in the UK, but also ship to US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan and more.
As of December 2024, I can no longer ship to EU.

I want an exact fabric shade of a colour you've made in the past.
As we buy in small quantities, there might be some minor differences in lace trims, elastics or exact fabric shade used compared to the items pictured. The fabric shade will be either identical or a very close match.
For example, we have produced several shades of pink ranging from light pink to a powder pink. If you are picky about the fabric shade, please get in touch on Instagram @frilie_shop before purchasing to check our availability.
We try our best to keep our products consistent and meet your expectations, so rest assured there won't be any major differences unless otherwise stated.
You can add any comments in the Notes section of your dress order and we will try to meet your request, however, this is not guaranteed.

We may have already started working on your items, so these are not guaranteed. Do get in touch if you are unsure.
1. Primary details about items chosen, such as item ordered and colour in most cases.
2. We may be able to change any specific design customizations (e.g. different sleeves or neckline type).
3. Measurements of custom items.
I'm confused, how does sizing work?
We offer two types of sizing and it depends on the product:
1. Custom Sizing (most items)

Please refer to the product description of the item for sizing details.
I want to order but my shipping address will change in the near future.
Don't worry, you can let us know about any changes and we will accommodate you. I highly recommend you let us know about any changes the moment you become aware.
You will receive an email notification if your item has shipped, so get in touch ASAP if your address changes.
