Returns & Refunds

Unfortunately, as the nature of our products is customisable and made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds. We cannot accept returns on gift cards or intimates for hygiene reasons. All sale items are final and cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded.

If there are any issues with your order, please get in touch within 12 days after receiving your item and we will try our best to resolve any issues

You might be eligible for a full or partial refund, or product replacement if the item is damaged or has quality issues. This refers to issues as a result of sewing mistakes/production, not damage caused from shipping. Please note all Sample Sale items are final and cannot be refunded.

All items are shipped with tracked shipping, so receipt date will be considered the same as the delivery date shown on the tracking service.

For items offered in a standard size, we are not responsible if you are not satisfied with how the product fits. Please refer to the product description for sizing specifications and feel free to ask any questions before purchasing.

 

Cancellations

We accept cancellations only on certain cases.

If you have purchased pre-made and ready to ship items, this means your order could be processed and shipped on the same day. Get in touch immediately if you realize you have placed an order on accident and wish to cancel it. We are unable to cancel an order if the item has already been shipped. We will try our best to help you so get in touch. 

If you have purchased custom items, that take up to 8-12 weeks to be shipped, you have up to 24 hours to cancel your order. Cancellations will not be accepted after that, as we may have already started working on your items or ordered materials that are specific to your order. The same applies if your order contains both custom and pre-made items. 

 

Changing Order Details

If you think you submitted wrong details, just get in touch with us within 3 working days of purchasing.. To avoid this, please double or triple-check your details are correct before checking out:

1. Colour and product chosen

2. Measurement details (must be in CM)

3. Shipping address, phone number or any other personal information

 

Details we can change:

1. Shipping address, phone number and other personal information

2. Measurements provided (must get in touch within 3 working days of order being placed)

 

Details we can't change:

1. Primary details about items chosen, such as item ordered and colour. Do get in touch if you change your mind about colours, we might be able to accommodate you.

2. We may be able to change any specific design customizations (e.g. different sleeves or neckline type). However, not guaranteed as we may have started working on your order.

3. Measurements of custom items after 3 days of purchase are unlikely to be changed. We may have already started working on your items. Do get in touch if you are unsure. 

 

Exceptions, Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 12 days of receipt if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

You might be eligible for item replacement if:

1. The product you received is defective. This refers to items that were sent defective on our end. This does not apply to items that have been damaged as a result of shipping. Our shipping options cover your parcel up to a certain value. Rest assured our items are thoroughly checked before packaging, so damage is very unlikely to occur.

2. You received a wrong item. We apologise if you accidentally a wrong item. Please get in touch to resolve the issue!

 

Disclaimer: For items that are made to your measurements, we will try our best to assess any issues. Please note that an unsatisfactory fit could result from the customer providing wrong measurements. If the garment doesn't fit as a result of a mistake on our end, we will try to resolve it by providing a free alteration or replacement of the same item. The faulty item will have to be returned to proceed with this service. Customers are subject to pay for the return fees of international orders, free for UK customers. Initial shipping fee is non-refundable. 

The above might not apply to all orders. We will have to review and assess your case, and if eligible we will replace your item in the exact customization details you provided in your original order (size measurements, colours etc.). Our items are handmade with attention to detail and thoroughly checked to meet the measurements you provided in your order.
