Processing Time
- Most items are made to order so need about 8 weeks to be made*. Check the banner at the top of our site for latest updates.
- Your order can be made faster by purchasing the Express Order Fee (will usually be made within 2 week, but can be faster please get in touch).
- To make the shipping time faster too, please upgrade to Next Day Delivery for UK orders and DHL express for international orders.
- Ready to ship items will be shipped within 1-5 working days.
If you've purchased multiple items, your order will be sent based on the longest making time. For example, if you have purchased a custom dress and a pre-made item that is ready to ship, your order will be shipped once your custom item is made.
*That is if you provide the measurements at the moment of purchase. If you provide them at a later stage, your order might be late accordingly. Please note if you are, for example, 2 weeks late with your measurements that could mean your order will take an additional 2 weeks or even more to be made. That is to account for any other ongoing projects or booked holidays which might interrupt the work flow. The delay on my end will not always be equivalent to how many days you were late (it might be more) with providing your measurements or finalizing your design choice.
Shipping Time
Your shipping option will depend on the weight and size of the items you've ordered. The best option based on the weight and size of your order will be automatically calculated for you at checkout. You may choose faster shipping if you prefer.
All orders are sent with tracked services, below you can find estimates of shipping costs.
- UK orders: from £4 or free (1-3 working days)
- EU/Europe: no longer ship there as of December 2024.
- International: Starting from £12 and up to £60 for express shipping depending on how many items you have. Countries include USA, NZ, Canada, Australia, Japan and a few more.
Please mind these are estimated shipping times and delays could be possible in case of strikes, delays related to Covid-19 or for Europe as a result of Brexit. We are not responsible for shipping delays, including processing of your package for customs.
Delays, Parcel Insurance and Taxes

We are not responsible for any lost packages or damages as a result of shipping. Our shipping options have been carefully selected to include the maximum value cover possible provided by the shipping company. The insurance provided by our courier may not be equal to the total value of your order, however, we aim for the highest amount offered by our shipping provider. In most cases that may cover up to £250. We are not responsible for any lost packages, so get in touch if you wish to purchase additional insurance for your parcel. If any issues occur, please get in touch and we will try our best to help.
We are not responsible for any customs duties or taxes fees on international orders (if the package is shipped back because the customs payment was not paid we are not able to refund your order).
We are currently not able to cover any additional taxes, so any international orders that receive any additional charges it is to be paid by the customer unfortunately.
Items sent to the EU from the UK are subject to VAT regardless of value.
