Policy: Returns & Refunds

- Some items can be returned for a refund, it will depend on the type of product you purchased and where you are based.
- Lingerie items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons if the original packaging has been opened.
- If you are eligible for a return, exchange or other resolution, you must get in touch within 14 days of receiving your item and provide proof of postage within 14 days after I have provided the return address and instructions.
International Customers (non EU)

UK and EU customers
* If EU customers pay customs & duties at checkout instead of on delivery (IOSS or Delivered Duties Paid DDP system), those charges will not be refunded to you if you decide to return your order. That is because they have been paid to the relevant EU authority. You will receive a refund for the product and original shipping and you have to cover return fees.

Something is Wrong with My Order
You might be eligible for a full/partial refund, product replacement or alteration if the item is damaged or has quality issues. Some examples:
- Major fit issues or length being significantly off from the measurements provided (this only applies for items that were made to your measurements)
- Construction issues or overall bad quality
- Product received doesn't match description or you received the wrong item

Disclaimer: some minor flaws in the fit/construction could be a result of measurements provided not having been accurate or due to the nature of it being handmade.
Please get in touch and provide photo proof of any of the above so I can help you. I will make sure to review each case fairly and will find an appropriate solution.
All items are shipped with tracked shipping, so receipt date will be considered the same as the delivery date shown on the tracking service.
Please refer to the product description for sizing specifications and feel free to ask any questions before purchasing.
As per UK law, I will offer a refund if the item is faulty or doesn't match the description. However, if there are clearly listed flaws (for example, during sample sales) and you were aware at the time of purchase, a refund will not be issued. The same applies for personalisable/custom items, unless there is a flaw in the product (bad quality, stains etc.) I do not have to issue a refund as a business. Read more here.
Cancellations
If we have already started working on your order, packed or shipped it, it cannot be cancelled.
