Returns & Refunds

Unfortunately, as the nature of my products is customisable and made to order, I do not accept returns or refunds in most cases. I cannot accept returns on gift cards or intimates for hygiene reasons. All sale items are final and cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded.

If there are any issues with your order, please get in touch within 12 days after receiving your item and I will try my best to resolve any issues.

You might be eligible for a full/partial refund, product replacement or alteration if the item is damaged or has quality issues. Some examples:

  • Major fit issues or length being significantly off from the measurements provided (this only applies for items that were made to your measurements)
  • Construction issues or overall bad quality
  • Product received doesn't match description or you received the wrong item
  • Your parcel was damaged while shipping 

Disclaimer: some minor flaws in the fit/construction could be a result of measurements provided not having been accurate or due to the nature of it being handmade.

Please get in touch and provide photo proof of any of the above so I can help you. I will make sure to review each case fairly and will find an appropriate solution.

All items are shipped with tracked shipping, so receipt date will be considered the same as the delivery date shown on the tracking service.

Cancellations

We accept cancellations only on certain cases. You have 24 hours from time of purchase to cancel your order if eligible. If we have already started working on your order, packed or shipped it, it cannot be cancelled.

All sale items are final and cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded.
